Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a less well-known illness of the nervous system which is sometimes misdiagnosed as Parkinson’s, stroke, Alzheimer’s or Motor Neurone Disease.
Essential Tremor (ET) is a relatively common condition that results in trembling in the hands or arms, which in some cases can subsequently spread to cause tremor of the head, legs, trunk or voice.
Exercise is important for everyone but this is particularly true if you have Parkinson's because muscles and joints can become stiff and weak as a result of your symptoms.
